Our Service department is NATE (North American Technician Excellence) Certified with a triple specialty in Gas Furnaces, Air Conditioners, and Air-to-Air Heat Pumps.  We are currently in the process of completing certification with the Building Performance Institute for the specialties of Building Analyst Professional, Envelope Professional, Heating Professional, and Air Conditioning and Heat Pump Professional.  Our technicians attend regular classes to keep up to date on the latest industry developments and new products.  Prompt, courteous, and thorough, our service technicians are the ones you want to call for your service or maintenance needs.

Residential

We provide residential services for the General Contractor, the Developer and for the Owner/Builder.

We have experience in all phases of HVAC installation:

• New Construction:  specs, custom homes or multi-home subdivisions
• Change-outs: Replacing a HVAC system on an existing home
• Cut-ins: Adding an HVAC system on an existing home that does not presently have a system, or has alternate heating/cooling sources (swamp cooler, wall heater, baseboard heat, wood stove, etc.)
• Remodels/Additions:  Whether changing your existing HVAC system to accommodate more square footage or adding an additional unit and duct work
• We provide design services and specialize in the right custom application for each individual home.

Commercial
We provide design assistance, installation, and custom fabrication to meet your commercial needs and building criteria.

Maintenance
We provide maintenance and repair services on all major brands (all makes and models).
Our Preventative Maintenance Service is a thorough 24-point inspection and tune-up of your heating and cooling system, as well as providing you with the status of your ductwork and attic envelope (insulation levels, etc.).

HVAC Refrigerant Charge And Airflow Testing
Believe it or not, there are quite a few HVAC units that are not performing to thier maximum possible efficiency, which means wasted energy (and the money to pay for it)!  In some cases, the unit is running with such poor efficiency that it's actaully being damaged, and will suffer a dramatically shorter effective life.  The majority of these cases involve either the unit's refrigerant charge, its overall airflow, or a combination of the two factors.  If you feel you may have HVAC efficiency problems, please contact us for our HVAC refrigerant charge and airflow testing services.

Duct Pressure Testing
CHEERS (California Home Energy Efficiency Rating Services, a nonprofit corporation) is a State approved training center for "CORE Rater Certification'' (Verification and Diagnostic Training).
Per the Title 24 requirements enacted in October 2005, the HVAC system and duct work on all new construction, replacements and cut-ins, and also on duct work repair/ replacement work over 40 feet, must undergo a pressure test inspection by a certified CORE Rater.
We have CHEERS "CORE Rater Certified" employees who perform duct pressure test inspections on installed systems, new or existing.

We can provide products and solutions in the following areas:
 
Heat / Energy Recovery Ventilator (HRV/ERV) - An energy recovery ventilator brings fresh air in and takes stale air out. It transfers energy from the outgoing air to the incoming air so you save money while improving the quality of your indoor air.

HEPA Air Cleaner - A HEPA (high efficiency particulate air) is the most efficient air cleaner
   available. It helps remove smoke, odors, and microscopic airborne particles that can trigger
   allergies and asthma. It's filter captures 99.97% contaminates 0.3 micron and larger.

Humidifier - Dry air in winter irritates sinuses, causes static electricity and can damage
    furniture and woodwork. A whole house humidifier attached on your ductwork can raise
    indoor humidity to a comfortable level.

Zone Control Panel - Zone controls give you precise temperature control to every area of
    your home. For example, it can send more air conditioning to the upstairs in the summer
    or more heat to the cold north side in the winter.

Ultra Violet Air Purifier - An In-duct Air Purifier treats the air as it circulates through the
   ventilation system, continually destroying bacteria, viruses, mold, chemicals and odors.

Electronic Air Cleaner - An electronic air cleaner can remove out 95% of contaminant's as
    small as 0.01 micron.
